ZORO'S FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. Q: Is Zoro free?
    A: No, you will have to be subscribed to Zoro to use all the services provided at a low cost of RM10 per month or a yearly subscription of RM100 per year. However, if you join us between 1 st April 2019 to 30 th September 2019, it will be free during that period.
  2. What Android OS version must I run?
    A: Must at least run the Android 4.4 KitKat with 1GB of RAM.
  3. What iPhone model and OS can I run it with?
    A: It is compatible with all iPhone that supports iOS 9 and above with a free space of 100MB in your phone.
  4. How long to wait for account verification?
    A: It will take less than 1 hour during office hours and 4 hours during off office hours.
  5. How often will a new version be released?
    A: A new version will be released end of every month.
  6. How can I do driver referral?
    A: As a Zoro user, you are automatically eligible to be part of our driver referral program. Please refer to the T&C of the program listed in your profile account management.
  7. How can I get paid using Zoro?
    A: All payments will be made into your account with us upon completion of the delivery. Payments will be released upon request for withdrawal into your banking account that you’ve provided us in the account/profile settings.
  8. How do I track my past transactions with Zoro?
    A: You will be able to trace it in your settings/transaction screen in the app.
  9. Where do I manage my own account using Zoro?
    A: All account management can be done in the Settings menu in the app.
